For clinics & doctors
Claim your profile. Improve accuracy — not your ranking.
We want your profile to be correct, and we want patients to trust that correctness. That only works if provider input is transparent and kept separate from independent evaluation. Here is exactly how it works.
Claim your profile
Verify your identity and your relationship to the clinic or practice. Verification confirms who you are — it does not change your scores.
Submit documentation
Provide accreditation certificates, licensing, verified pricing, language support, and physician affiliations. Each item enters a moderation queue.
Corrections are reviewed & versioned
Our team checks submissions against issuing registries. Accepted facts are labeled provider-submitted and added with an audit history — they never overwrite independent editorial data.
Respond in public
You may add a labeled provider response to public information. Independent reviews and editorial analysis remain separate and intact.
What claiming can and cannot do
- ✓Correct genuine factual errors
- ✓Add verified pricing, accreditation & languages
- ✓Provide a labeled response to public information
- ✕Pay to raise a ranking or score
- ✕Remove unfavourable but accurate public information
- ✕Replace independent editorial analysis with marketing
Our commitment to patients comes first
MedTraveling exists to give patients an honest comparison layer. A verification fee, where it exists, pays for the work of checking documents against issuing registries — it buys a verified badge and accuracy, never visibility or a higher score. If we ever can't verify a claim, we label it as such rather than publishing it as fact.
